As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking details.

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible. Shipments to these countries are sent by us on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting your local customs office.

*The standard delivery time depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout.
For deliveries to islands and to rural or hard-to-reach areas, as well as due to special import regulations - depending on the destination country - longer delivery times may occur.

⁠Please note that in exceptional cases delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance. If public holidays fall within the delivery period, the stated delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays. We apologize for this in advance.

RETURNS

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not returned in full (for example, components of an exclusive set). Any such returned items will be sent back to the customer.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned in full.

Please note: The original shipping costs will not be refunded

As soon as we receive a return from you, we will refund the returned amount to you as soon as possible.

Refunds of card payments can take up to 10 business days depending on the bank's processing time. This period may vary depending on the financial institution or card issuer; unfortunately we cannot influence this process. 

Prices:

Return shipping within Germany is free.
We cannot cover the costs of returns for international orders.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

a) Did you receive a damaged item?

Please send us a photo of the damaged item to reklamation@onlysmile.de As soon as we have received your proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible so that we can either refund the item or send you a new, undamaged one.

b) Did you receive a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they reach the customer damaged or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition was caused by normal wear and tear. In such cases we cannot accept any responsibility.
