As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking details.
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible. Shipments to these countries are sent by us on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting your local customs office.

For deliveries to islands and to rural or hard-to-reach areas, as well as due to special import regulations - depending on the destination country - longer delivery times may occur.
Please note that in exceptional cases delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance. If public holidays fall within the delivery period, the stated delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays. We apologize for this in advance.
