Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Only Kosmetik GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Tel.: +49 211 33764072, email address: info@onlysmile.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit your cancellation using our online cancellation function. You can access it via the “Cancel contract” button in the footer of our website. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g. by email) that we have received such a cancellation.

For compliance with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • to deliver goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
  • to deliver goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
  • to the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
  • to the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

  • to deliver sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • to the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • to the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
