As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking details.

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible. We ship to these countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting your local customs office.

Deliveries to islands and rural or hard-to-reach areas, as well as special import regulations depending on the destination country, may result in longer transit times.

⁠Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance. If public holidays fall within the delivery period, the stated delivery time will be extended by the number of public holidays. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

Returns

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.

Your statutory right of withdrawal: Regardless of this returns policy, you are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer. This applies for fourteen days from receipt of the goods; details can be found in our cancellation policy. Our 30-day returns policy applies in addition to and beyond the statutory withdrawal period. You can notify us of your withdrawal by letter, email, or conveniently via our online cancellation function – you will find the "Cancel contract" button in the footer of our website.

Completeness of return shipment: Please return items complete (for example, all components of a set). If parts of the shipment are missing or the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct appropriate compensation for loss in value from the refund amount. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund: If you return an item within the 30-day period, we will refund all payments including the original shipping costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery). This applies both when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal and when returning an item under our voluntary 30-day returns policy. The refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days after you have informed us of the return or cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment (e.g. proof of posting), whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. Please note: for card payments, the credit may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank or card issuer; unfortunately, we have no influence over this processing time.

Return shipping costs: Returns within Germany are free of charge for you. For returns of international orders, you bear the direct cost of return shipment yourself.

Damaged or defective items

a) Have you received a damaged item?

Please contact us by email at reklamation@onlysmile.de. A photo of the damaged item helps us process your request more quickly. We will then refund the purchase price or send you a new, undamaged item – whichever you prefer.

b) Have you received a defective item?

If you discover a defect or manufacturing fault within 30 days of receiving the goods, please contact us directly by email at reklamation@onlysmile.de – we will then take care of a solution particularly quickly and easily.

Your statutory warranty rights naturally remain unaffected: they apply independently of this 30-day policy for a period of two years from receipt of the goods. However, ordinary, expected wear and tear does not constitute a defect.
