RETURNS
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.
Your statutory right of withdrawal: Regardless of this returns policy, you are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer. It applies for fourteen days from receipt of the goods; details can be found in our cancellation policy. Our 30-day returns policy applies in addition to and beyond the statutory withdrawal period. You can declare your withdrawal by letter, email, or conveniently via our online withdrawal function - the "Cancel contract" button can be found in the footer of our website.
Completeness of the return: Please return items complete (for example, all components of a set). If parts of the shipment are missing or the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct appropriate compensation for loss of value from the refund amount. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund: If you return within the 30-day period, we will refund all payments including the original shipping costs (except for additional costs if you chose a method other than the least expensive standard delivery). This applies both when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal and when returning under our voluntary 30-day returns policy. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days after you have informed us of the return or withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment (e.g. proof of posting), whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the order. Please note: for card payments, the credit may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank or card issuer; unfortunately, we have no influence over this processing time.
Return shipping costs: Returns within Germany are free of charge for you. For returns of international orders, you bear the direct costs of return shipping yourself.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
a) Have you received a damaged item?
Please contact us by email at reklamation@onlysmile.de. A photo of the damaged item helps us process your request more quickly. We will then refund the purchase price or send you a new, undamaged item - whichever you prefer.
b) Have you received a defective item?
If you notice a defect or manufacturing fault within 30 days of receiving the goods, please contact us directly by email at reklamation@onlysmile.de - we will then take care of a solution particularly quickly and easily.
Your statutory warranty rights naturally remain unaffected by this: they apply independently of this 30-day policy for a period of two years from receipt of the goods. However, ordinary, expected wear and tear does not constitute a defect.
